Sustainable innovation for a better future
In our firm commitment to innovation and technological development, we continue to make progress in R&D&I projects that reinforce our commitment to sustainability and digital transformation. Thanks to funding from programmes such as Hazitek, we are promoting initiatives that address key challenges in the environmental, construction and circular economy fields.
One of our main focuses is the development of digital solutions to improve the environmental assessment of products and services. In this sense, Smarteko is a key project that seeks to create an integrated platform that facilitates sustainable decision-making and optimises the management of environmental impacts in different industrial sectors.
Transforming our future
In parallel, we are committed to recycling and reusing materials, exploring new applications for insulating fibres and industrial waste. The Refracta project focuses on the transformation of mineral insulating fibres into high-performance components for the production of refractory mortars, while the Tadeo project works on the recycling of wind turbine blade fibres to develop reinforced concrete, offering more sustainable and efficient alternatives in the construction sector.
In addition, we are advancing in the updating and accessibility of BIM methodologies with the RecycleBIM project, a key initiative to improve circularity and traceability in construction processes. Our aim is to facilitate its adoption without companies needing to make large investments in software or equipment, thus allowing more actors in the sector to benefit from its advantages in terms of planning, reuse of materials and optimisation of deconstruction strategies.

All these initiatives are part of a common vision: to move towards a more sustainable future, where digitalisation and innovation will optimise resources and reduce the environmental impact of industry.
